Job summary

Met T&S Ltd. is seeking a Construction HSE Supervisor to oversee health, safety and environmental activities on site in Saudi Arabia.

The role involves ensuring compliance with HSE policies, coordinating with subcontractors, and driving safety improvements throughout all construction phases. You will lead safety analyses, manage training, organize inspections and prepare monthly HSE reports, while aligning with client requirements and project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering.
• Minimum 8 years HSE experience in oil & gas construction projects.
• ARAMCO approval is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform JHA/JSA and participate in safety analyses.
• Verify site HSE plan and related procedures.
• Update HSE documentation across construction phases.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with HSE procedures and standards.
• Organize HSE inspections, audits, and action plans.
• Coordinate and participate in on-site HSE training.
• Lead site HSE meetings and record MOM.
• Coordinate with client on work permits.
• Investigate accidents and identify corrective actions.
• Maintain accident records and emphasize preventive measures.
• Lead the on-site HSE committee and emergency response teams.
• Prepare HSE sections of construction monthly progress reports.
