PeopleStrong in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced EHS Supervisor to supervise and implement policies, inspect sites daily, conduct risk assessments, and manage safety plans. You will lead incident investigations, HPARs, and training while ensuring regulatory compliance across PPE, PTW, LOTO, and working at height.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of EHS experience, NEBOSH knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with clients and authorities on safety matters.

Qualifications

• Supervise and implement EHS policies, procedures, and site safety plans.
• Conduct daily site inspections, safety observations, and workplace risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills, and evacuation procedures.
• Monitor compliance with PPE, PTW, LOTO, working at height, lifting, and excavation.

Responsabilités

• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and prepare reports.
• Maintain and monitor HSE statistics, KPIs, inspection reports, and safety records.
• Liaise with project management, clients, consultants, and government authorities on HSE matters.
• Stop unsafe work when necessary and rectify hazards before work resumes.
• Support continuous improvement of the project's HSE culture and performance.
