Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HSE engineering in construction.
• Active registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers; NEBOSH IGC or OSHA a plus.
• Proficient in ISO 45001 / OSHA standards; strong English/Arabic communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and enforce corrective actions.
• Develop JSA and manage PTW for high-risk activities.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety orientations.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure PPE compliance and regulatory adherence.
