Job summary

Algihaz Holding is seeking an HSE professional to oversee health, safety and environmental management for construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2–3 years of HSE experience, including familiarity with safety standards and client requirements.

Preference is given to candidates with ISO 14001/45001 Lead Auditor certifications and NEBOSH IGC. The successful candidate will maintain HSE documentation, conduct site inspections, prepare reports,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Environmental, or equivalent).
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in HSE management within construction projects.
• Experience in Overhead Transmission Line projects (OHTL).
• ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certifications (preferred).
• NEBOSH IGC (preferred).
• Previous client approvals in similar projects (e.g., SE, Aramco) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment without any risk to health safety and environment.
• Ensure compliance of HIRA, JSP and LPP at site during job execution.
• Update and maintain all HSE documents, and records as per AGH and client requirements.
• Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure HSE compliance.
• Provide regular HSE reports to site management and supervisor about safety issues.
• Attend meetings with client and site management to discuss safety matters.
