Job summary

Penspen Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Onshore) with an Electrical & Communication background and PMC experience in contract administration, coordination, and project support for onshore oil & gas projects in Alkhafji, KSA.

The engineer will work under the Project Head or Senior Project Engineer and coordinate with design and construction teams throughout Tendering, Design and Construction stages.

Qualifications

• At least Ten (10) years’ experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support activities for onshore projects.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Responsibilities

• The Project Engineer will report to the Project Head and/or Senior Project Engineer as appropriate and will liaise with all design/construction disciplines during Tendering, Design, and Construction Stages.
• Project Engineer shall as be delegated by the Project Head or Senior Project Engineer.
