Detailed Job Description

As a OneSpan Delivery Manager at SecureMax in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will take full ownership of end-to-end OneSpan implementation, integration, configuration, deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting across mission-critical banking platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass managing OneSpan / Vasco technology delivery, overseeing authentication workflows, rules, connectors, and REST APIs, and providing rigorous production support, incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), problem management, and SLA management in a 24×7 banking environment. You will coordinate delivery across multiple technical teams, handle executive stakeholder reporting, and manage escalations. Working in a fast-paced financial technology and security consulting environment in Saudi Arabia, you will drive digital trust and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end technology delivery, implementation, and deployment of OneSpan / Vasco solutions for banking clients.
• Administer and support OneSpan Digital, OneSpan Sign, authentication workflows, security rules, workflow connectors, and REST APIs.
• Oversee complex OneSpan system integrations, software upgrades, configuration baselines, and production environment stability.
• Provide expert technical leadership for production support, incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and problem management.
• Ensure strict adherence to 24×7 banking service level agreements (SLAs), uptime guarantees, and incident response metrics.
• Coordinate delivery tasks and technical roadmaps across multiple cross-functional engineering squads and external vendor teams.
• Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders, application developers, infrastructure engineers, and corporate security teams.
• Manage executive-level reporting, stakeholder communications, risk registers, and escalation-handling procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture runbooks, system integration blueprints, and audit logs.
• Ensure compliance with regional financial regulations, banking security baselines, and data privacy standards in Saudi Arabia.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Finance, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional IT delivery and project management experience with a strong background in banking or financial services.
• Strong, demonstrated operational experience managing OneSpan / Vasco technology delivery and enterprise production environments.
• Deep hands-on understanding of OneSpan Digital, OneSpan Sign, user authentication, workflows, rules, connectors, and REST APIs.
• Proven background in OneSpan implementation, system integration, configuration, deployment, upgrades, and complex troubleshooting.
• Strong delivery and project management experience coordinating multiple technical teams and senior stakeholders in 24×7 environments.
• Practical expertise in production support, incident management, RCA, problem management, and SLA governance.
• Solid working knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems, application servers, enterprise security, and authentication environments.
