As a DSV Engineer at ESOL Global in Saudi Arabia, you will take full ownership of end-to-end engineering implementation, system integration workflows, operational intelligence solutions, and technical maintenance across complex process industries. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass configuring specialized industrial platforms, integrating real-time telemetry data, collaborating across multidisciplinary engineering squads, and ensuring strict adherence to enterprise safety and security standards. You will lead technical workshops, define functional requirements, manage vendor integrations, and conduct rigorous troubleshooting on mission-critical industrial software systems. Working in a fast-paced digital transformation consulting environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will drive smart industrial innovation and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, deploy, and maintain advanced industrial engineering systems and software modules for digital plant operations.
• Spearhead technical implementation, data integration, and performance tuning across enterprise industrial platforms.
• Collaborate proactively with multidisciplinary engineering squads specializing in plant automation, reliability, scheduling, and infrastructure.
• Define functional requirements, technical specifications, and system integration roadmaps for complex process industries.
• Coordinate proactively with plant operators, automation vendors, IT/OT engineers, and corporate leadership teams.
• Conduct technical assessments, gap analyses, and operational audits on existing plant information systems and automation infrastructure.
• Oversee software commissioning, site acceptance testing (SAT/UAT), user training, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure strict adherence to industrial safety standards, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise governance requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture blueprints, system configuration guides, and project milestone reports.
• Coordinate onsite work schedules and technical operations across industrial facilities in Saudi Arabia.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 6 to 10+ years of professional working experience in industrial automation, digital plant engineering, manufacturing execution systems (MES), or oil & gas IT/OT.
• Strong technical proficiency and hands-on operational experience with specialized engineering systems and plant software architectures.
• Proven background in enterprise solution delivery, software configuration, and IT/OT systems integration.
• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities, root-cause troubleshooting, and technical communication skills.
