Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate education, Bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Good English and Urdu/Hindi communication.
• Iqama valid with more than 6 months left.
• Experience in warehouse or production roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job orders, quotations, purchase requisitions, and production documents.
• Monitor production progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate inventory in Zoho ERP and MS Lists; perform regular audits.
• Manage dispatch schedules, inspections, and delivery coordination.
• Prepare MTCs, Inspection Reports, POs, packing lists, and labels.
• Resolve customer queries and support sales order processing.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and audit requirements.
• Liaise across Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams.
• Assist in warehouse and factory labour supervision and residency oversight.
• Support workflow digitization and continuous improvement initiatives.
