Job summary

BlueDynamics is seeking a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator/Manager to join our Riyadh team. You will oversee planning, coordination and execution of multiple construction projects, coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure specifications are met.

Responsibilities include budgeting, procurement, progress monitoring, and ensuring safety compliance. This contract role offers visa sponsorship and an opportunity to work on diverse projects in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Construction Project Coordinator/Manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods and regulations.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic a plus.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and driven Construction Project CoordinatorManager to join our team in Riyadh As part of our construction department you will be responsible for overseeing the planning coordination and execution of various construction projects This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules ensuring timely completion of all tasks
• Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on job sites
• Attend meetings with clients contractors and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Project CoordinatorManager
• Strong knowledge of construction processes methods and regulations
• Excellent communication skills in English Arabic proficiency is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with project management software such as AutoCAD or MS Project

Salary

Salary for this position is 1800$ per month

Location

This position is based in Riyadh However candidates from India or Nepal who are willing to relocate are also welcome to apply

Contract Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 1 year However there is potential for extension based on performance

Experience Level

This position is suitable for candidates without prior experience in construction management We are looking for individuals who have recently graduated or have limited experience in the field but possess the necessary skills and qualifications
