Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for enterprise applications and ERP platforms.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, system errors, and data discrepancies.
• Manage user access, security roles, and system configurations.
• Coordinate with business units to optimize workflows and requirements.
• Prepare user documentation, training guides, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with IT infra and network teams to ensure high availability.
