As an IT Application Support Specialist in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, via AVED, you will serve as a principal technical point of contact responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of business applications across our real estate development divisions. Your daily responsibilities will encompass diagnosing and resolving application incidents, managing user access controls, executing system patches, and coordinating with business units to optimize operational workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for mission-critical enterprise business applications and ERP platforms.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, system errors, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks.
