Job summary

CANASA is seeking an HR Specialist for its Dammam yard to manage people operations on-site. The role covers full employee life cycle: payroll, GOSI and statutory filings, recruitment and onboarding, employment contracts, personnel files, labour and visa coordination, and training.

Wages must land on the named day, with discretion required for salaries and private records. The candidate should have 3+ years in HR/payroll in Saudi Arabia, be fluent in Arabic and English, and be familiar with Saudi

Qualifications

• Three+ years HR, payroll or personnel administration experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, Qiwa and employment contracts.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll on schedule, including overtime, deductions and final settlements.
• File GOSI contributions and keep statutory records current.
• Post roles, screen applicants, interview scheduling and onboarding with contracts and files.
