AFRY is seeking a proactive Payroll and People Operations Specialist to support our growing business in Saudi Arabia. This role manages payroll processes, benefits, and HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Saudi labor law, and alignment with company policies.

You will collaborate with employees, managers, Finance, external payroll providers, and the regional People Operations team to deliver high-quality payroll and HR support while driving

Formación

• Saudi national with relevant bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Payroll Administration or People Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, and payroll processes.
• Experience with external payroll providers and HRIS platforms.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate monthly payroll with external providers and ensure accuracy.
• Process leave, hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses and other inputs.
• Maintain GOSI records and insurance enrollments for employees.
• Support onboarding, contracts, data changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
• Assist visa administration and employee mobility requirements.
