Job summary

Bouygues Travaux Publics KSA is seeking a Civil Design Coordinator for an on-site, full-time role in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with internal teams, check BIM interfaces, and ensure design alignment with construction methods and safety standards.

The role requires a Master’s in civil engineering and strong English communication. The position emphasizes collaboration across multicultural teams, proficiency with CAD/BIM tools, and meticulous attention to design deliverables.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in civil engineering
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and show initiative
• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (CAD/BIM viewers, Power BI)
• Fluent in English; French is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with internal technical and construction teams to ensure design is buildable and aligned with safety and methods requirements, schedules and quality standards
• Interface with building works and future construction phases using BIM and design documents
• Review and compile design documentation, track progress, manage comments and revisions, ensure information is communicated to project teams
• Organize and lead Constructability Review meetings and help compile Contractor's comments on the design
