Job summary

Parsons is seeking a BIM Coordinator for a site-based role in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate CAD/BIM models, review designs, and prepare technical scopes of work with senior site engineers.

The role focuses on resolving design issues and producing clear reports for the construction supervision team. You will work with engineers and planners to ensure alignment, manage clashes, and support project delivery on a major public realm development with streetscapes and parks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Lead capacity potential with excellent written and oral communication skills; familiar with industry practices/regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of current technology and ability to apply appropriate engineering software on projects.

Responsibilities

• Review CAD & BIM models to ensure requirements are met and identify clashes and issues.
• Prepare reports and graphics on CAD engineering design including site/building design, streetscape, signage, landscaping, lighting.
• Chair workshops and present issues to achieve resolution with all parties.
