Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for site-based construction supervision in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, within the Green Riyadh program. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering infrastructure and landscape construction projects, while ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

The role requires a civil engineering or construction background, strong coordination skills, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Experience in infrastructure, landscape, urban development, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of contract management and construction supervision practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering infrastructure and landscape construction projects.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and progress to ensure timely milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Review contractor submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and progress reports.
• Support contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation activities.
• Conduct site inspections and attend project meetings to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, health and safety requirements, and local regulations.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, and management updates.
• Assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues to minimize delays.
• Support the implementation of sustainability and environmental objectives.
