Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking a BIM Coordinator for the Public Realm Development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on coordinating BIM/CAD work across streetscape, parks, lighting, and landscape elements to ensure clash-free design delivery and compliant contractor submissions.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in BIM/CAD coordination, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to engage engineering, planning, and construction stakeholders throughout design and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum eight years of BIM/CAD/coordination experience.
• Experience reviewing multidisciplinary BIM models and contractor submissions.
• Thorough knowledge of BIM technology and CAD production.

Responsibilities

• Review CAD drawings and BIM models submitted by contractors and consultants.
• Identify clashes, coordination issues, and constructability concerns.
• Chair BIM coordination workshops and present model issues with graphics.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and presentations.
• Monitor BIM deliverables against the contract program and escalating where needed.
• Advise project stakeholders on BIM matters and coordinate design interfaces.
