Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Typically 10+ years in construction supervision/management.
• 5+ years in a Construction Manager or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction supervision team across buildings, utilities, infrastructure, and public realm packages.
• Review daily site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, client, design teams and stakeholders to close technical issues.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, material approvals, method statements, and related docs.
• Monitor progress vs. approved program and identify delays and risks.
• Recommend recovery actions to protect schedule, safety, and quality.
• Ensure activities align with HSE regulations and site safety practices.
• Support project manager with overall delivery, reporting and client coordination.
