Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Liaison/Coordination professional in Saudi Arabia to bridge onshore and offshore teams, clients and subcontractors. You will manage mobilization, demobilization, crew changes, and offshore movements, while coordinating travel, permits, and site access and ensuring timely documentation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in oil & gas liaison, plus strong communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.

Qualifications

5+ years of liaison/coordination experience in Oil & Gas.
Experience on both onshore and offshore projects.
Proficient in MS Office and document handling.
Strong English communication and reporting skills.
Offshore certifications (BOSIET/H2S) preferred; IADC certificate mandatory.

Responsibilities

Coordinate between onshore, offshore teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Manage personnel mobilization, demobilization, crew changes, and offshore movements.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, permits, and site access.
Follow up on visas, medicals, training certificates, and required documentation.
Maintain manpower and personnel movement records and reports.
Liaise with HR, Logistics, Operations, HSE, clients, and relevant authorities.
Resolve day-to-day personnel and logistical issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with client and company requirements.
