Job summary

Eram Talent in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced offshore Liaison Coordinator to align onshore and offshore teams, clients and subcontractors. You will manage mobilization, demobilization, crew changes, travel arrangements and site access, ensuring compliance with client and company requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in liaison/coordination, strong English, and offshore gas/oil experience; IADC certification preferred. MS Office proficiency and safety certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of liaison/coordination experience.
• Offshore and Gas experience mandatory; onshore/offshore knowledge required.
• Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
• Good knowledge of offshore mobilization and personnel logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• English language proficiency.
• IADC certificate mandatory; BOSIET/H2S certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between onshore, offshore teams, clients and subcontractors.
• Manage personnel mobilization, demobilization, crew changes, and offshore movements.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, permits, and site access.
• Follow up on visas, medicals, training certificates, and required documentation.
• Maintain manpower and personnel movement records and reports.
• Liaise with HR, Logistics, Operations, HSE, clients, and authorities.
• Resolve day-to-day personnel and logistical issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with client and company requirements.
