Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Liaison Man for Onshore Oil Drilling operations to act as the primary link between rig personnel and onshore management. The role emphasizes effective communication, logistics coordination, and strict adherence to safety protocols across drilling sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating transport, monitoring operations, and supporting planning and scheduling while maintaining thorough records and promoting a safety-first culture in a high‑pressure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Relevant experience in liaison/coordinator roles will be considered.
• Strong communication, leadership and safety focus required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between drilling operations and onshore management, ensuring effective communication and support.
• Coordinate logistics for personnel and equipment transport, ensuring timely arrival to and from the rig.
• Monitor drilling operations closely, providing reports and updates to management regarding performance and incidents.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of drilling activities and maintenance operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and site-specific policies.
• Maintain thorough records of operations, inventory, and personnel activities.
• Promote team building and encourage a safety-first culture among personnel.
