Job summary

VirtuCruit LLC in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province seeks an experienced HSE Manager to oversee multiple offshore jack-up rigs, drive proactive safety culture, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

You will lead HSE Specialists, coordinate audits, manage incident investigations, and interface with clients to uphold safety performance and regulatory adherence. This role requires a minimum of 10 years in HSE management and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in HSE management.
• Significant exposure to offshore drilling operations or oilfield services.
• Strong regulatory and client audit experience.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HSE performance and compliance for five offshore jack-up rigs.
• Lead and supervise HSE Specialists and Rig Safety Coaches.
• Implement and sustain Safety Management System and foster a strong safety culture.
• Manage internal and external audits, including root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Act as primary interface with clients for all HSE matters and participate in safety meetings.
• Drive incident investigation processes and timely, high-quality reports.
• Support and participate in emergency response framework.
• Monitor and report HSE KPIs focusing on incident reduction and audit findings.
• Champion change management and continuous improvement across HSE processes.
