The successful candidate will implement site-wide safety programs, manage regulatory compliance, and mentor project teams to foster a strong safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or related field required
• NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or Level 6 diploma as per Saudi regulations
• 5+ years of HSE experience in large construction/infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, HSE regulations and risk management
• Excellent reporting, incident investigation and communication skills

• Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and training sessions
