Job summary

Confidential's OD & Workforce Analytics Specialist will analyze workforce data (headcount, turnover, costs) and build analytical models and dashboards to support decision‑making, while preparing and monitoring HR budgets at the group level.

The role requires developing HR KPIs (Cost per Employee, Payroll to Revenue, Vacancy Rate, Turnover Rate), consolidating data sources, improving data quality, and delivering interactive reports in Excel and Power BI to executives and department leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in organizational development or HR.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Professional communication and writing in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data (headcount, turnover, costs, productivity).
• Develop and maintain HR KPIs (Cost per Employee, Payroll to Revenue, Vacancy Rate, Turnover Rate).
• Prepare periodic management reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Present data visually to support decision‑making at executive and strategic levels.
• Interpret analysis results and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Consolidate and connect data sources to build a reliable database for analysis and planning.
• Improve data quality, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity across systems.
• Develop ETL data transformation models using Power Query.
• Document data sources, data dictionaries, and calculation methodologies.
• Support users in interpreting dashboards and reports, and assist departments when needed.
• Analyze employee costs in detail (salary, allowances, benefits, insurance, end‑of‑service).
• Prepare detailed cost reports for departments and subsidiaries across all countries and over time.
• Prepare the annual HR budget for each company or department within the Group.
• Compare actual costs against the approved budget and perform budget variance analysis.
• Coordinate with Finance and relevant departments to ensure accurate inputs and sound assumptions.

• Develop and maintain HR KPIs such as Cost per Employee, Payroll to Revenue Ratio, Vacancy Rate, and Turnover Rate.
• Prepare periodic management reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) reflecting KPI trends and analysis.
• Present data visually to support decision‑making at executive and strategic levels.
• Interpret analysis results and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the Group.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI to meet the needs of different departments.
• Consolidate and connect data sources to build a reliable database for analysis and planning.
