Job summary

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition and OD Specialist to join our HR team and support our growing talent needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and other talent channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare reports to track hiring metrics and process effectiveness.
• Prepare and update job descriptions in coordination with different departments.
• Contribute to reviewing and improving the organizational structure based on business needs.
• Support performance management processes and ensure completion of evaluations linked to training and development.
• Support the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
• Analyze training needs, develop training plans and follow up on implementation.
