Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Specialist in Organizational Development to enhance organizational effectiveness through design and implementation of development initiatives aligned with our vision and values.

The role requires 4–5 years in organizational development or related HR functions, with strong facilitation and analytical skills to drive performance and employee engagement in a fast-paced environment in Riyadh. Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, or related HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of OD practices, performance management systems, and employee engagement strategies.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills with a passion for developing talent.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess needs and evaluate initiatives; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement organizational development programs to improve performance, engagement, and outcomes.
• Conduct organizational assessments and collaborate with leadership to develop actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement organizational development programs aimed at improving employee performance, engagement, and overall business outcomes
• Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with leadership to develop actionable strategies
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other development activities that promote a positive organizational culture and enhance team dynamics
• Support the implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes

Requirements

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, or related HR functions
• Strong knowledge of organizational development practices, performance management systems, and employee engagement strategies
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, with a passion for developing talent
• Strong analytical abilities to assess needs and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives
• Demonstrated capacity to influence and build relationships with stakeholders across all levels
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
