Job summary

Arla Foods in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) seeks an analytically sharp NRM Analyst to support the NRM agenda across pricing, promotion, pack, and mix to drive profitable growth. You will work with the Senior NRM Manager and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable commercial opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FMCG analytics or commercial finance, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience with Power BI. Nielsen data familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FMCG, ideally in commercial finance, category development, revenue management, or analytics.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and execution of NRM strategies across price, pack, promotion, and mix levers to unlock profitable growth opportunities.
• Conducting in-depth data analysis using internal and external sources to identify margin enhancement opportunities and commercial efficiencies.
• Assisting in promotion effectiveness evaluations, providing insights to optimize frequency, depth, and ROI of trade investments.
• Building and maintaining performance dashboards and analytical tools to enable faster, data-driven decision-making.
• Partnering with Category, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure alignment between NRM insights and commercial plans.
• Driving a one-commercial mindset, promoting collaboration and embedding NRM thinking across the business.
• Analytical, proactive, and commercially minded.
