Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of experience in New Product Development in the food manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of bakery, pastry, confectionery, dessert or snack product development.
• Solid knowledge of food ingredients, formulations and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with product trials, validations and factory implementation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new bakery, pastry, confectionery and dessert products from concept through launch.
• Optimize existing products for quality, consistency and cost efficiency.
• Conduct product trials, pilot runs and factory validations.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Procurement and Commercial teams.
• Prepare specifications, recipes, formulations and technical documentation.
• Evaluate ingredients and raw materials for new initiatives.
• Support factory scale‑up and successful product launches.
• Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new bakery, pastry, confectionery, and dessert products from concept through commercial launch.
• Optimize existing products to enhance quality, consistency, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct product trials, pilot runs, and factory validations.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Commercial teams throughout the development process.
