Job summary

Ninja is seeking a skilled Network & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain the organization's network across HQ and dark store locations. You will ensure reliable LAN/WAN connectivity, secure VPN communications, CCTV surveillance, and physical access control solutions while maintaining high availability and security.

The role requires CCNA, 3+ years in multi-site networks, and hands-on VPN and surveillance system experience. Travel to various company sites will be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering within a multi-site environment.
• CCNA certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, and firewall administration.
• Hands-on experience with VPN technologies (IPSec and SSL VPN).
• Experience with IP surveillance systems such as Hikvision, Dahua, or Axis, including NVR administration.
• Knowledge of physical access control platforms such as HID Global, Suprema, or equivalent.
• Experience using network monitoring tools such as PRTG or Zabbix.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel to company sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN across HQ and store locations.
• Manage routing, switching, VLANs, firewall policies, and network performance.
• Deploy and support site-to-site and remote VPN connectivity.
• Monitor and resolve network connectivity issues with secure encrypted communications.
• Install and maintain IP CCTV cameras, NVR systems, and remote surveillance platforms.
• Administer physical access control systems and door controllers.
• Maintain network diagrams, IP address management, and configuration records.
• Coordinate with IT Support, Security, Facilities, and contractors on infrastructure projects.
