Job summary

Ninja ?? نينجا is seeking a Network & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and secure the organization’s LAN/WAN, VPNs, CCTV systems, and access control across HQ and stores. You will ensure high availability, security, and efficient operations while coordinating with IT Support, Security, and Facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years' multi-site experience, CCNA certification, and hands-on VPN, CCTV, and NVR expertise. Travel to company sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of network engineering experience in a multi-site environment.
• CCNA certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, and firewall administration.
• Hands-on experience with VPN technologies (IPSec and SSL VPN).
• Experience with IP surveillance systems and NVR administration.
• Knowledge of physical access control platforms.
• Experience using network monitoring tools (PRTG or Zabbix).
• Excellent communication and cross-location collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure across HQ and store locations.
• Manage routing, switching, VLANs, firewall policies, and network performance for maximum uptime.
• Deploy, configure, and support site-to-site and remote VPN connectivity.
• Monitor and resolve network connectivity issues with secure encrypted communications.
• Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV cameras, NVR systems, and remote surveillance platforms.
• Administer physical access control systems, including door controllers and user permissions.
• Monitor network health and infrastructure performance using monitoring tools.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams.
• Collaborate with IT Support, Security, Facilities, and external contractors on infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices.

The role is responsible for ensuring reliable LAN/WAN connectivity, secure VPN communications, CCTV surveillance systems, and physical access control solutions while maintaining high network availability, security, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure across HQ and all store locations.
• Manage routing, switching, VLANs, firewall policies, and network performance to ensure maximum uptime.
• Deploy, configure, and support site-to-site and remote VPN connectivity between stores and HQ.

• Monitor network health and infrastructure performance using network monitoring tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering within a multi-site environment.
• CCNA certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, and firewall administration.
• Hands-on experience with VPN technologies (IPSec and SSL VPN).
• Experience with IP surveillance systems such as Hikvision, Dahua, or Axis, including NVR administration.
• Knowledge of physical access control platforms such as HID Global, Suprema, or equivalent.
• Experience using network monitoring tools such as PRTG or Zabbix.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple locations and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to company sites as required
