Emdad By Elm seeks a Senior Network Architect to design, implement, and protect an enterprise-wide network and security architecture. You will lead lifecycle management for high‑stakes projects across LAN/WAN data centers and branches, coordinating multi‑vendor platforms and cutting-edge security controls.

The role requires extensive experience in Cisco ACI, automation (Ansible, Python), and deep knowledge of monitoring and SIEM tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in network and network security.
• Minimum 4 years in architectural roles.
• 5+ years deploying and managing Cisco ACI solutions.
• CCIE (Enterprise) and CCIE (Security) certifications are Must.
• Optional: CCDE and Cloud Architecture & Security Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on automation experience (Ansible, Python).
• Strong knowledge of SolarWinds, Cisco DNA Center and SIEM systems.
• Deep expertise in modern network security technologies and application protection.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of network and security projects (HLD/LLD, NIP/NRFU, MOP, testing, rollout).
• Provide guidance on multi-vendor platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, Huawei).
• Develop and enhance network infrastructure using Cisco ACI and security controls.
• Lead deployment of digital services and ensure protection via secure, scalable networks.
• Oversee core networks, data centers, and branches for high availability and secure operations.
• Implement BC/DR strategies for network infrastructure.
• Design, deploy, and monitor network and security performance systems.

To design, develop, and implement the enterprise-wide network architecture with the highest technical and security standards, ensuring its reliability, resilience, and integration with secure digital services. The role involves leading strategic efforts in enabling and protecting digital services, aligning with the organization's digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design enterprise-level network architecture covering LAN, WAN, data centers, and branch connectivity.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of network and security projects: requirements gathering, HLD/LLD, NIP/NRFU, MOP, testing, rollout, and post-implementation optimization.
• Demonstrated and expert guidance on multi-vendor platforms (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5[LTM, WAF, APM, DNS], Huawei, Traffic decryption, Anti DDoS) to ensure interoperability, robustness, and security.
• Develop and enhance network infrastructure utilizing advanced technologies such as Cisco ACI, ensuring seamless integration with security controls.
• Lead projects for the deployment of digital services and ensure their protection through secure and scalable network solutions.
• Oversee the administration of core networks, data centers, and branches to ensure high availability and secure operations.
• Implement and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) strategies for network infrastructure.
• Design, deploy, and monitor network and security performance systems to ensure optimal operation and availability.
• Apply cutting-edge network security technologies (e.g., NGFW, Zero Trust, Micro-segmentation, Threat Detection).
• Protect the network, its services, and applications through advanced threat mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical participation to other IT teams and ensure architectural alignment across the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex and high-risk network and network security issues, including deep analysis across layers, protocols, and security appliances, using Wireshark for network traffic analysis and packet-level debugging
• Document and maintain up-to-date architectural designs and technical diagrams.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in network and network security, including at least 4 years in architectural roles.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in deploying and managing Cisco ACI solutions.

• Handson experience in implementing automation solutions for network operations and network security workflows using platforms such as Ansible, Python scripting.

• Deep expertise in modern network security technologies and application protection.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong communication, documentation, and technical reporting abilities.
