Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced strategy professional to support the planning and delivery of its Motorsport portfolio in Riyadh. You will work across events, IP partnerships and operator appointments, building business cases, conducting market analysis and financial modelling to inform strategic decisions.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure milestones are achieved, contributing to feasibility studies, governance documents and executive-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, motorsport, sports, entertainment, destination development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic development and delivery of Qiddiya Motorsport assets across events, IP partnerships and operator appointment.
• Develop feasibility studies, business cases and financial assessments for new motorsport initiatives and partnerships.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Development, Asset Management, Procurement, Legal, Finance and external consultants to hit milestones.
• Assist operator procurement activities including RFPs, governance papers, evaluation processes, and mobilisation programmes.
• Support management of international motorsport events and rights holder relationships, aiding event planning and commercial coordination.
• Monitor strategic IP partnerships and activation programmes and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Prepare presentations, reports and executive materials to aid strategic decision-making.
• Maintain programme plans, risk registers and governance docs with timely reporting.
