You will assist in formulating strategies, plan and execute events, conduct market research, collaborate with internal teams and partners, monitor KPIs, and prepare presentations for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Game Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in gaming, esports, or event management with strategic focus.
• Strong understanding of the gaming and esports landscape and audience engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategies for gaming and esports initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of gaming and esports events with logistical efficiency.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop engaging event experiences.
