Job summary

- Strong understanding of gaming/esports landscape, market dynamics and audience engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating and implementing strategies for gaming and esports initiatives.
- Support planning and execution of gaming/esports events with logistics efficiency and participant satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and benchmarks informing strategy development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop engaging event experiences.
- Monitor KPIs to assess success and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management with strategic recommendations and progress.
- Foster relationships with gaming/esports stakeholders including developers, teams, and sponsors.
- Maintain awareness of industry developments to inform strategic direction.
