Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a proactive Manager - Gaming & Esports Strategy Support to join our team in Riyadh. You will help shape strategic development and execution of gaming and esports projects, aligning with our vision and objectives.

You will collaborate across internal and external partners, assist in planning events, monitor KPIs, and prepare presentations for senior management to drive continuous improvement in our vibrant entertainment portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Game Design, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in gaming, esports, or event management with a strategic focus.
Strong understanding of the gaming/esports landscape and audience engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategies for gaming and esports initiatives that cater to diverse audiences.
Support the planning and execution of gaming and esports events, ensuring logistical efficiency and participant satisfaction.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive benchmarks that inform strategy development.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling event experiences that engage and attract participants.
Monitor KPIs to assess the success of gaming and esports initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting strategic recommendations and project progress.
Foster relationships with gaming and esports stakeholders, including developers, teams, and sponsors, to enhance collaboration and engagement.
