The Director, Event Mobility Planning leads the development and delivery of integrated mobility planning for major events, festivals, sporting competitions, and entertainment activations. The role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and coordinated movement of guests, athletes, VIPs, workforce, logistics, emergency services, and public transport users across venues and districts. Acting as the City Operations mobility lead, the position develops citywide mobility standards, demand forecasts, traffic and event mobility plans, and operational readiness arrangements, supporting major events through 2028 while coordinating with venue and asset operators who retain responsibility for operations within their controlled areas.
