Job summary

AsasAlJood is seeking a Mining Sales Engineer to drive growth across the Eastern Province and Saudi Arabia. You will promote drilling rigs and related mining equipment, manage key accounts, and deliver technical sales support while meeting targets.

The role requires at least 5 years of mining sales experience, strong technical knowledge, and willingness to travel extensively across the region. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mining, Industrial, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the mining sector, with drilling rigs/mining equipment experience.
• Strong understanding of drilling equipment and mining operations.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell drilling rigs and mining-related equipment to customers in mining, quarrying, construction, and industrial sectors.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Provide technical guidance and recommend suitable equipment solutions based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
