Job summary

You will identify opportunities, manage customer relationships, deliver technical sales support, and aim at achieving sales targets.

The role requires strong engineering background, 5+ years sales in mining, willingness to travel extensively, fluent English and Arabic, and the ability to present technical solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mining, Industrial or related).
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the mining sector.
• Strong technical understanding of drilling equipment and mining operations.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell drilling rigs and mining equipment to customers in mining, quarrying, construction, and industrial sectors.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Provide technical guidance and recommend suitable equipment solutions based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
