General Role
As Mindful Development Coordinator at Miraval The Red Sea, your primary role is to support the learning, development, and wellbeing journey of colleagues by coordinating, administering, and delivering learning initiatives aligned with Hyatt and Miraval philosophies. The role ensures smooth execution of training programs, accurate learning records, and meaningful learning experiences that reflect Miraval’s mindful, purpose-driven culture. You will work closely with the Mindful Development Manager to implement learning strategies, support departmental training needs, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning Strategy & Planning – Support the Mindful Development Manager in implementing the annual Learning & Development plan aligned with business needs and Miraval values. Coordinate training calendars, schedules, and learning priorities across all departments. Assist in tracking learning budgets and training-related expenses.
- Learning Operations & Administration – Coordinate and administer learning programs, including onboarding, core Hyatt programs, Miraval-specific learning, compliance training, and wellbeing initiatives. Maintain accurate, up-to-date training records, attendance logs, certifications, and learning hours for all colleagues. Ensure learning documentation is securely stored, both electronically and physically, and treated with confidentiality. Prepare training materials, sign-in sheets, evaluations, and learning reports as required. Support audits and reporting related to learning compliance and brand standards.
- Onboarding & Orientation – Coordinate and support colleague orientation and onboarding programs in partnership with Human Resources and Department Leaders. Ensure new colleagues receive timely, engaging, and values-driven onboarding experiences. Track completion of mandatory onboarding and probationary learning requirements.
- Departmental Training Support – Liaise with Department Leaders to identify training needs and support departmental learning plans. Coordinate departmental trainers and subject matter experts for departmental training sessions. Monitor completion of departmental training and follow up on gaps.
- Wellbeing & Mindful Learning Programs – Support the coordination of Miraval wellbeing, mindfulness, and personal growth programs for colleagues. Assist in organizing activities, workshops, talks, and experiential learning sessions aligned with Miraval’s wellbeing philosophy. Promote colleague engagement in learning and wellbeing initiatives.
- Learning Evaluation & Continuous Improvement – Collect and analyze training feedback to measure effectiveness and impact. Prepare learning reports and insights for the Mindful Development Manager. Continuously seek ways to improve learning delivery, engagement, and experience.
General Responsibilities

- Fully support Hyatt and Miraval training standards and brand requirements.
- Undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Mindful Development Manager.

- Provide courteous, professional, and caring service to colleagues and guests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Hospitality, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or a related role, preferably within hospitality or wellness environments.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for learning, wellbeing, and personal development.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
