Job summary

Tabby in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Executive to own the end-to-end onboarding journey for SME merchants. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers, ensure successful activation, and drive merchant success before going live.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, improving conversion, and delivering a superior merchant experience across risk, legal, product and business development functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (onboarding, customer success, account management, sales or merchant support).
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily and following up autonomously.
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the full merchant onboarding lifecycle from application to activation.
• Activate merchants and oversee backend integration processes.
• Ensure merchants are configured with access, settings and dashboards prior to activation.
• Guide merchants through Tabby’s onboarding process and provide ongoing support.
