Job summary

JobCenter in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to develop and implement merchandising plans that optimize product presentation and profitability.

You will create attractive displays, set pricing strategies, monitor stock, keep shelves well stocked, and analyze sales data to identify promotion opportunities while assisting customers with inquiries. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred but not essential.
• Proven experience working as a Merchandiser or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop product displays and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Monitor stock levels, order new inventory as needed, and ensure the store is adequately stocked.
• Maintain store décor and product displays in a visually appealing manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in order to offer customers the latest products.
• Track customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
• Generate reports on sales performance and inventory data.
• Identify new opportunities for promotions or discounts.
• Assist customers with queries or complaints.
