Job summary

JobCenter in Riyadh is seeking a Merchandiser to manage in-store displays, inventory and promotional programs. The role focuses on optimizing shelf presentation and stock availability in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will analyze sales trends, negotiate with vendors for discounts on bulk orders, and build strong relationships with store managers to ensure timely product delivery and optimal stock levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Proven track record of successful merchandising or sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating product displays in stores and maintaining inventory levels.
• Analyzing sales data to identify trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Working with vendors to negotiate prices and secure discounts for bulk orders.
• Establishing relationships with store managers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Ensuring the store has sufficient stock of products to meet customer demand.
• Developing promotional plans to increase sales in-store and online.
• Keeping up-to-date on market trends and competitor products/prices.
• Maintaining accurate records/reports related to sales activities/ inventory levels/expenses etc.
