Job summary

Algihaz Holding is looking for a candidate to supervise HVAC installation projects. The role includes overseeing the installation of air conditioning systems and plumbing works, as well as coordinating with engineers from different departments.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5-9 years of relevant experience, particularly with projects involving Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).

Overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of Air Conditioning Works.
• Installation and insulation work for duct and all chilled water works.
• Installation of FCU (Fan Coil Units) and AHU (Air Handling Units).
• Installation primary and secondary pumps of chilled water.
• Monitor the installation of firefighting works (all sizes of pipes, Water Sprinklers, Fire Pumps).
• Ensure the installation of plumbing & drainage works (installation of all sizes of pipes and accessories).
• Control the installation of BMS works (to coordinate between all mechanical and electrical works).
• Assess project needs, and materials needed for the project.
• Make the necessary tests and measurements to hand over the work to the consultant.
• Prepare reports and receipt the works from the subcontractors and prepare invoices for them.
• Work with the engineers of other departments and coordinate with them during the project implementation period to avoid any errors.
