Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – HVAC / MEP to manage and supervise on-site execution of HVAC and overall MEP works. The role requires strong hands‑on site experience in HVAC systems along with coordination of electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising installation activities, managing site teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and coordinating with engineers and project management to achieve timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• HVAC Site Supervision: Supervise installation of HVAC systems including ducting, piping, insulation, cladding, and equipment installation (AHU, FCU, ventilation systems)
• MEP Coordination: Coordinate HVAC works with electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting activities to ensure smooth execution and avoid site clashes
• Site Execution Control: Manage daily site activities, labor teams, and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out as per drawings and project requirements
• Quality & Workmanship Control: Ensure all installation works meet approved standards, specifications, and quality requirements
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track site progress, report daily activities, identify delays, and support engineers in planning and execution updates
• Material & Site Management: Ensure proper handling, utilization, and installation of materials as per site requirements and instructions

Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in HVAC / MEP site supervision
• Strong hands‑on experience in HVAC installation works including ducting, piping, and cladding
• Good understanding of overall MEP coordination (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
• Ability to read and understand HVAC and MEP drawings
• Strong site management, coordination, and leadership skills
• GCC experience preferred
