Job summary

Kafou Group seeks a Site Execution & O&M Supervisor to lead energy efficiency projects at our Saudi sites. You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements, and report progress to project management.

The role emphasizes HVAC systems, chilled water, electrical works, meters, panels, and field instrumentation. Strong leadership, English communication, and report writing are essential as you mentor junior engineers

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience, preferably in HVAC, chilled water systems, electrical works, or Energy Efficiency projects.
• Strong experience in HVAC systems, mainly chilled water systems.
• Good knowledge of mechanical systems used in Energy Efficiency projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee site execution and O&M activities for Energy Efficiency projects.
• Supervise HVAC works including chilled water systems, pumps, valves, chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
• Oversee lighting installation works and electrical works related to meters and panels.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality, and on-time completion.
• Identify technical issues on site and report with corrective actions.
• Prepare technical and progress reports, issue reports, and other project documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover activities when required.

Job description

Lead and oversee site execution operation and maintenance O amp M activities for assigned Energy Efficiency projects ensuring compliance with project requirements safety standards quality objectives and operational performance targets.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead site execution activities for Energy Efficiency projects
• Provide technical supervision for HVAC works especially chilled water systems pumps valves chillers AHUs FCUs and related mechanical systems
• Supervise lighting installation works including replacement rectification and site coordination
• Supervise electrical works related to energy meter installation panel access cable routing CT installation and related site activities
• Lead and monitor O amp M activities in the assigned project area
• Ensure site works are executed as per approved method statements project requirements safety requirements and client instructions
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure proper productivity quality of work and timely completion of assigned tasks
• Identify technical issues at site and report them clearly with proposed corrective actions
• Prepare technical reports site progress reports issue reports and other required project documentation
• Support testing commissioning inspections and handover activities when required

Qualifications

• Ability to use electrical instruments such as clamp meters, multimeters, power meters, and related testing tools.
• Ability to use mechanical instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature meters, flow measuring tools, and other site measuring instruments.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to prepare clear technical reports and communicate site issues professionally.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.
• Previous experience in Energy Efficiency projects is preferred.
