Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Regional Financial Controller to lead financial control, reporting and day-to-day finance across MENA from Riyadh. You will manage a three-person team, ensure data integrity, and support the Regional Finance Director with forecasts, cash visibility and analyses in a fast-paced, project-based agency environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 10+ years of finance experience.
• Strong IFRS, statutory and management reporting knowledge.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments in MENA.
• Project-based services experience; sports/entertainment desirable.
• Experience with automation/AI to improve finance processes.
• Arabic language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and year-end close across MENA entities with timely reporting.
• Prepare management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow reports.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and intercompany balances.
• Ensure IFRS compliance across all MENA entities.
• Lead regional statutory audits and external reporting.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Review contracts and cross-border activity with advisers.
• Develop relationships with regional leadership, auditors and banks.
