Job summary

Qualifications

• Mechanical diploma required.
• 3+ years experience on PET line (mechanical, PM, root cause analysis).
• Experience with PET line equipment including blow molding and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Read manuals, schematics, and diagrams to determine assembly method and sequence.
• Respond to service requests and repair mechanical systems for smooth operations.
• Diagnose faults using testing equipment and ensure safe, serviceable condition.
• Act quickly during breakdowns and advise management on feasibility of continuation.
• Perform routine mechanical maintenance and replace hydraulic/pneumatic components.
• Maintain shaft and motor alignment knowledge.
• Handle pumps, compressors, and chiller; perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Repair and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies.
• Operate and test PET Line equipment.
• Conduct PM for the PET Line and perform root cause analysis.

Job summary

Conduct PM for the PET Line Root cause analysis and problem solving techniques such as BDA / GSTD

Task & responsibility

• Read manuals. blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the method and sequence of assembly of a part, machine, or piece of equipment.
• Respond quickly to all services requests and efficiently repair mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Trace, diagnose and rectify faults using appropriate testing and measuring equipment, ensuring safety and serviceable condition.
• Need to act quickly when a breakdown occurs, must be able to tell management whether the problem can be corrected and whether business can continue as usual.
• Performs routine mechanical maintenance and repair work; install/replace hydraulic, pneumatic components.
• Have fair knowledge on the shafts alignment and motor alignment.
• Deals with pumps, compressors, chiller and can do preventive maintenance activities as well as the troubleshooting.
• Repair and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies
• Operate, test, or maintain PET Line
• Conduct PM for the PET Line
• Root cause analysis and problem solving techniques such as BDA / GSTD
• Experience in Replacement of critical spare parts on the line
• Troubleshooting for the SIDEL Blow molding / Krones Blow molding machines experience

Education & Experience

• Mechanical Diploma.
• Plus 3 years’ experience on PET line Mechanical, PM, Root cause analysis

Skills & knowledge

• Knowledge on Blow molding, compressor, RO, Labeler, PET Line in general
• Basic requirements for the maintenance technician required
