Job summary

Nstlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory in Almadinah Al munawarah (Industrial City) seeks a maintenance technician with 3+ years on PET line, PM, and root cause analysis. You will read manuals, diagnose faults, and perform mechanical repairs to keep PET line operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include repairing hydraulic/pneumatic systems, shaft/motor alignment, and troubleshooting blow molding equipment, with a Mechanical Diploma required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Diploma.
• Plus 3 years’ experience on PET line Mechanical, PM, Root cause analysis

Responsibilities

• Read manuals, blueprints, schematics to determine assembly methods and sequences.
• Respond quickly to service requests and repair mechanical systems for smooth operations.
• Trace, diagnose and rectify faults using appropriate testing equipment.
• Act quickly during breakdowns and inform management about repair feasibility.
• Perform routine mechanical maintenance and repair; install/replace hydraulic and pneumatic components.
• Understand shaft and motor alignment.
• Deal with pumps, compressors, chiller; perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot.
• Repair and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies.
• Operate, test, or maintain PET Line.
• Conduct PM for the PET Line.
• Root cause analysis and problem solving techniques such as BDA / GSTD.
• Experience in replacement of critical spare parts on the line.
• Troubleshooting for SIDEL Blow molding / Krones Blow molding machines.

Job summary:

Conduct PM for the PET Line Root cause analysis and problem solving techniques such as BDA / GSTD

Task & responsibility :

• Read manuals. blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the method and sequence of assembly of a part, machine, or piece of equipment.

• Respond quickly to all services requests and efficiently repair mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations.

• Trace, diagnose and rectify faults using appropriate testing and measuring equipment, ensuring safety and serviceable condition.

• Need to act quickly when a breakdown occurs, must be able to tell management whether the problem can be corrected and whether business can continue as usual.

• Performs routine mechanical maintenance and repair work; install/replace hydraulic, pneumatic components.

• Have fair knowledge on the shafts alignment and motor alignment.

• Deals with pumps, compressors, chiller and can do preventive maintenance activities as well as the troubleshooting.

• Repair and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies

• Operate, test, or maintain PET Line

• Conduct PM for the PET Line

• Root cause analysis and problem solving techniques such as BDA / GSTD

• Experience in Replacement of critical spare parts on the line
