Job summary

Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory in Riyadh Industrial City is seeking a Production Machine Operator. The role involves tending production machines, operating a variety of equipment, and ensuring smooth line performance in a high-paced factory environment.

You will monitor line parameters, run tests, verify production date and batch numbers, collect water quality samples, log data, and support preventive and corrective maintenance to uphold quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in machine tending or operating production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Check quantities of raw & packaging materials against production orders to prevent delays.
• Perform testing procedures to ensure machines operate optimally during production.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures for the line.
• Monitor line equipment and parameters; report faults when abnormalities occur.
• Lead daily operational reviews to discuss performances and issues.
• Verify production date and batch numbers on bottles.
• Perform water quality sampling and analysis with designated tools to ensure satisfactory results.
• Maintain logs and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.

Main Purpose of Job

Responsible for performing machine tending operations, operating a variety of machines in a production environment

Key Responsibilities

• Check the quantities of raw & Packaging materials received from the warehouse as per the production order to avoid any breakdown or delay
• Perform testing procedures to ensure that machine work optimally during production.
• Learn and follow and the standard operation procedure for the line
• Monitor the line equipments and parameters and submit fault reports in case of abnormality.
• Participate/ Lead shiftly operational review to discuss operational achievements and issues.
• Verify the production date, batch number printed on the bottles.
• Perform water quality treatment sampling and analysis using designated tools and equipment’s for the task to ensure confirm satisfactory results of treatment
• Maintain accurate logs, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
