Job summary

GREENLAND GROUP in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing on industrial equipment. The role involves diagnosing mechanical issues, repairing components, and ensuring proper calibration of machinery to minimize downtime.

The technician will also install and test new equipment, enforce safety protocols such as LOTO, and maintain detailed maintenance logs for traceability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Run regular checks, lubricate moving parts, and replace worn components to avoid machine failure.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical malfunctions, fix or replace broken parts, and reassemble equipment.
• Installation & Calibration: Set up new machinery, align and calibrate equipment, and test run systems.
• Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Documentation: Keep logs of parts used, repairs made, and equipment status updates.
